Guest Services

During an event, our staff at the Guest Services Center can assist you with wheelchair escorts, listening devices, lost children and lost and found items. Guest Services is located on the arena concourse level outside of section 27. If you see the Jody Conradt statue, then you’re at the right place! At the Guest Services Center you can…

  • Request a wheelchair escort. (you can also do this at the Red River doors)
  • Pick up a listening device – free of charge. All you need to bring is a valid government-issued ID.
  • Report your lost item or return an item that does not belong to you. However, after the event has concluded, the lost and found items will be moved to the back door security    entrance. To check to see if an item has been found, please call (512) 471-5790 or email

In the unfortunate event that you have lost a child, please find an usher or event staff to assist you or report to Guest Services. Lost children during events will be brought to Guest Services.

Sign Interpreters

If you would like to request interpreting services for one of our events, please call Thom Ramirez, box office manager, at (512) 471-2656. All requests should be received two weeks before the scheduled event. Please note that the content of some events may not be translatable to sign language.
