Presale seems bogus. I went to 2 presale offers that were emailed to me, one from Applause and one from Texas Box Office (Irwin Center). I tried at exactly 10:am when the presales opened, to buy 2 $75.00 tickets and neither would allow purchase of the lower-cost tickets, only the tickets $95.00 and above were available for purchase. That doesn’t seem like a very honest “PRE SALE”!

I emailed to “Contact” on the presale pages, and the problem has been corrected. Now able to buy the $75.00 tickets on pre-sale. THANKS for correcting the problem quickly and also responding to my email quickly. I appreciate it.

The process for finding “best available” does not suit my needs. Having the site randomly search for what is programmed to fit that criteria leaves a lot to be desired. Especially having to go back through the process when I as the consumer decline what was chosen and try my luck again.

Many sites simply show the areas and seats still available and allow the purchaser to decide what they want as their seats.
