Welcome to Frank’s franks, a.k.a celebrities as hot dogs! When we attend live shows at the Frank Erwin Center, we can always count on two things: a great experience and yummy concession food. One of our most popular food staples is the classic all-beef hot dog, provided by our in-house catering and concessions supplier 1883 Provisions Co. In honor of the holiday this weekend, and due to a little stir-crazy creativity, we’ve reimagined past Erwin Center celebrities as hot dogs! Can you see the resemblance?

Willie Nelson: Texas Chili Dog

We’re starting our celebrities as hot dogs list with the iconic outlaw country singer Willie Nelson. You know Willie is rockin’ that classic Texas flavor.

Sia: Dual Toppings Dog

The two-toned look works great for Sia and for hot dog toppings. Are you a ketchup or mustard person? Why not both?

Kanye: Wheat-zus Hot Dog

It’s the Kanye West of hot dogs.

Ariana Grande: Veggie Dog

Shoutout to our favorite vegan, Ariana! Just because you follow a plant-based diet doesn’t mean you can’t have a classic hot dog this weekend. There are plenty of brands out there at your local grocery store, and a couple of places in Austin serve up tasty veggie dogs.
